Fractional CTO · Available Now

Vibe coding speed,
FAANG/MAANA quality.

Most teams get one or the other. AI velocity that ships slop, or pro grade work that ships slow. I help teams get both. Fractional CTO for founders. Weeklong intensives for engineering teams.

// 01 The gap

AI ships fast. AI ships slop. Both are true.

Most of what AI produces, a senior engineer can’t use. Three days into a build feeling great, then realizing none of it holds up. The gap between the velocity and the quality is where most of my work lives.

Two ways to work with me

Fractional CTO

By engagement

For founders and CTOs who need a senior brain on the calls they'd lose sleep over alone. Architecture, AI strategy, hiring, fundraise prep, the big technical bets.

Project scoped. We define the work, agree on outcomes, I bill against scope.

// 03 Why me

Twenty-eight years building software. Eight at Google, the last running a product team and a cross org metrics infra team in Developer Productivity. CTO before that on a startup we exited. I left Google last fall to build RiseOhana solo. Along the way, I figured out how to ship 120,000 lines of code a month with Claude while keeping the engineering judgment that got me here.

// 04 About

Howdy. I’m Min.

Twenty-eight years in tech. Three kids in.

I left Google in October 2025 to build RiseOhana, an app that helps families show up for each other in the small everyday ways that compound. I built it. I ship it. I use it. The only honest order to do those things in.

When I am not coding or playing Roblox with the kids, I am usually on a snowboard. I am not good. I am persistent.

Tell me what you're shipping

One short note tells me more than a polished pitch. The more specific you are, the more useful I can be on the first call.
